  • Revenue & Units Ratio Balance
  • GP Target Achievement

2) Stock Handling :

  • Apple Orders – OPF (Order Processing Form)
  • Handle Product Ageing
  • Non Apple Order
  • EOL (End of Life)/ Demo of Sales Products
  • DOA(Defective/Dead on Arrival)
  • Customer outstanding clearance
  • Sales Returns Clearance

3) Team Management :

  • Manager Staff availability & punctuality
  • Apple SEED/ASO/ASTA Updation
  • Team building activities with the staff
  • Mystery Audit
  • Share performance feedback with the staff

4) Store Management :

  • Customer Escalations
  • Apple Quality Audits
